Yesterday Beatstad Festival in The Hague, Holland celebrated its 5th edition. Up to play for a crowd of thousands were Dutch bands and musicians Rigby, Stereo, Van Velzen, Alain Clark and Miss Montreal, with Keane as closing act. Lucky git that I am I managed to get into the pit during Keane’s performance in the evening, along with at least two dozen other photographers. Before getting in there I had to entertain myself during the afternoon. I found myself wandering the festival site for most of the day, shooting strange, lovely, awesome people and getting requests for a mini-shoot a couple of times (you know who you are!). I got so many responses and requests from people during the day that I can’t help but put up a little post.
